I have
P5WDG2-WS-Prof BIOS 0604
Intel C2Duo 6600
2048 MB DDR 800 KINGSTON
X1950 256 mb DDR3
HD Seagate 320Gb 7200.10
HD External USB WD 250 Gb
X-Fi

Slow Boot , When I turn on the computer on bios logo it´s put to search for USB devices and it´s late about 2 min.

Someone can help me, thanks?
 
Yeah, unplug the USB and you shouldn't have problems. Mine slows down if I have a pen drive plugged in (not that slow though).
 
look in the bios see if quickboot is enabled, if you dont care about the logo(asus) you might also disable it
