Voltage is around 1.55. Somtimes when i look it will be at 1.6.
Should i worry about this?

currecntly set at 1.525 in bios. I talked to intel about it being 1.6 for the minimum in bios after i first installed it, and they had me take my proccessor out and put it back in after doing a CMOS reset, this seemed to solve the problem.

The heatsink+fan intel supplies has changed(other 2.4 is from made July 03, this one is March 04). I now run 37*C CPU, 31*C mobo, where my other 2.4C never could get near 3ghz, and at stock speeds it would load at 45*C.

Current Room temp reads out @ 21*C(70F) and 48% humidity.

currently testing to go higher. (its on DDR400 ram so i'll have to jump down to 3:2, don't have $$ for new ram)
over all, i'm pretty happy w/ this OC. right now stock voltage for CPU and ram.

DDR400 running past DDR450 @ 2.65V.

nice overclock for an m0, im hoping to get mine to close to that speed when i get my watercooling. my motherboard displays 1.52v and its only set at 1.5 (i have the ic7g also) so i think its just a problem with the board. what kind of cooling are you using?

nice overclock for an m0,

could somone explain the revisions??(i know its probably been done before, but search is disabled :( ) i would assume revision is the ?batch? from the plant it came from?

stock, temps are w/ 4 case fans on. with all case fans off, temp is 49*C under load(2400 RPM's on CPU fan, tried up to 2700 and made no difference). i am impressed at the better heatsink+fan intel supplies with their new boxed CPU's.

i'll get a pic up soon, but it is not as tall, has more "fins" and the slope of the fan blades is quite a bit more.

i guess i have one of the older retail hsf's cause i could only get to 3.2 with mine.

the m0 stepping from what i hear are extreme edition p4's whose l3 cache has failed the test. they have a larger die size and are said to disipate heat alittle better

would explain the extreme low temps compared to other 2.4's.

pretty much all 2.4's are other p4's that failed some test. from what i understand when HT was first introduced, the 3's(3.0 was first w/ HT right?? 3.2 came out after?) they released those and as more and more p4 3.0C's failed certain tests they were destroyed or marked as 2.8, 2.6 or 2.4 depending on how much they could handle and stay within intel's specs.
