There aren't much numbers in the database for p2685. Does anyone have some? I'm currently testing an OC on my new E5649's and looking for a reference.

I am currently at 195x20 with a TPF of 11:03 for 167.6K PPD. Sound about right?

V-Star is Windows 7 x64, V-Star Gentoo is Leeenux running Zen Kernel with the Kraken unleashed, NUMA on for Leenux, NUMA off for Winblows.

2 x x5650 @ 3.9Ghz (195x20), 12GB RAM at 9-9-9-24-1T (no B2B CAS) running at 1560 mhz

AMD 3650 Video card FTW!

Name: V-STAR
Path: \\v-star\c$\FAH_SMP1\
Number of Frames Observed: 300

Min. Time / Frame : 00:11:42 - 153,889 PPD
Avg. Time / Frame : 00:12:23 - 141,329 PPD

Name: V-Star-GenTOO
Path: \\v-star\FAH6\
Number of Frames Observed: 200

Min. Time / Frame : 00:10:57 - 169,967 PPD
Avg. Time / Frame : 00:11:01 - 168,427 PPD

Sounds like you're slow to me :p

Ignore those rude Brits... you are doing just fine there matey. :p

Both rigs Ubuntu 10.10 "Musky Mix" with BFS and krakken wrapper...

SR2B @ 4255Ghz 185 x 22:

6901 - Avg. Time / Frame : 00:09:37 - 206,514 PPD
2689 - Avg. Time / Frame : 00:10:10 - 189,985 PPD
2685 - Avg. Time / Frame : 00:10:15 - 187,673 PPD
2684 - Avg. Time / Frame : 00:14:28 - 111,927 PPD

SR2C @ 4100Ghz 205 x 20: (Turbo off)

6901 - Avg. Time / Frame : 00:09:49 - 200,235 PPD
2689 - Avg. Time / Frame : 00:10:16 - 187,216 PPD
2685 - Avg. Time / Frame : 00:10:23 - 184,069 PPD
2684 -Avg. Time / Frame : 00:15:00 - 106,011 PPD

EDIT: So you are at 94.0% of SR2C's frame times, with 95.1% of the clock speed. That is pretty close to expected, given variance in units. Presuming you have a regular 2685, not one of the really rare ones that rival a 6901...

MIBW - 10e is Canadian, not british IIRC....

Tobit - judging by 10e's numbers, your right on target, chances are the point variation is explainable through different units.
