I finally got my P180 in from Monarch today. After using 4 tornados for so long i wanted something quieter... and WOOOOW. I can hear myself typing.. and now my keyboard sounds loud..The only thing that i can hear in my P180 is my Panaflo 92mm Ultra but only when i put my head down to listen. I have the top 2 fans on medium and the bottom chamber fan on low. My Harddrive temps are in the low 30s, GPU and CPU idling at 40C, and all without a sound. But omg.. the thing took me about 2 hours to take out of my old comp and to install. It was an amazing hassle coming from a tooless case. Plus there was very little room to work with. It was not that hard to do a nice cabling job.. but i rushed through it since i know imma replace my board/cpu soon. Main problems with the case? the lower HD chamber. Its very hard to get the wires connected there and to route them nicely.
Now i gota do some overclocking. I moved my clocks down from 3.9 down to 3.3 just to be safe since i didnt know what kind of temps i would be gettin. And with all of this, the irony is that everyday with my tornados my dad would complain about how loud my comp was.. now i complain about how loud his comp is
