Overclocking the Budget AMD Ryzen Raven Ridge 2200G APU

Some other AMD fan, but at 18.8V lifts it own weight
shortly before he killed it somewhere around 20V...

12V fans usually have enough margin to handle a
car battery charging at 14.4V. Beyond that???

Just remember that to test fly a PWM fan without
motherboard, the PWM signal needs to be pulled
up to 5V by a 10K resistor. Never pull PWM up to
12V fan power, certainly not to any sort of overvolt.
