ASUS A8N SLi Deluxe
A64 3200+ Winnie (2.3Ghz[230*10@1.575vcore])

when i check the bios it reports my cpu is running at 2300Mhz but when i boot into windows CPU-Z, AI Booster and Everest Home Edition all report my cpu's speed is at 2009Mhz and that my vcore is at 1.5v even if i up the vcore to 1.6v

when i restart the computer it sometimes reports 2.3Ghz when i boot into windows but very rarely does this happen

i have disabled Cool'n'Quiet

Any ideas?
