The bios settings in the above guide should get you started.

try 400 FSB x cpu mulit of 7 with memory at a 2.0 divider for a 2.8GHz OC to start and then work your way up by raising the FSB. At some point you will want to go to a mulit of 8 and FSB of about 375 = 3.0GHz and work up from there.

Make sure you put in your memory voltage and timings. its all in the guide.
