OTG cables?

Yeah, they're all over Amazon and Ebay... Some drives might not work if they require too much power but powered drives and thumbdrives and readers should certainly work.
 
I got one off Amazon pretty cheap. I don't remember which it was. You'll need root to write to them but there are programs that can read off of them that don't require root.
