I was having trouble yesterday, but seems to be working today

User DriverCleaner. Check your PSU. Make sure you're using the latest ATi drivers. Do you get artifacts when you visit Monarch?

ROFL.

OT: but i heard alot of websites dont work well with Firefox.

Like the OP said, I've had problems as well with loading the 'Egg with FF the past several days. I did just try it at home with Firefox, and it worked fine this time around. Not sure what they've had going on, but you weren't imagining things....

Nonsense. I've used firefox for a long time and have never had any problems. In fact, I don't use IE ever.

its just the past serveral days.. and I think its only effecting part of the nation, because some people can access it right away. When I open it, it looks like its going to lag out, but then like 10 sec later it loads.. but once you get into the website, it loads fast from then on. Wierd. I think it is just trying to find another route around the internet to establish a connection because a router/server might be down somewhere in the country.

I have had this problem on my work pc for a year now. That is the one time I have to use IE

Yeah, I'm pretty sure you need to upgrade your video card; the X850 is soooo last year.

*psst, this goes in the software forum*

Clean out your history, and clear out your cookies, and clean out the cache in firefox. That did it for me. Oh, and pick up a new video card, like an XFX 7600 GS or somthing.

The reason he started this thread in the video card section since it gets the most viewers, thus making him an attention w*ore.

how ingenious.....

Get Quad SLI, that will give you enough power to run NewEgg.com in firefox...

I didn't realize people were so anal about forum categories, jeeez. Off topic not okay? Attention whore? ummm more like i'd like to get my question answered fast rather then it sitting for 5 days in some off topic forum.

This is serious business, Newegg is the most stressful site on the net. On our wallets.

Same thing is happeneing here, FF no go, IE Egg pops right up. I wonder if MS is interested in finding out how they pulled that off :D

Well unfortunately, putting questions in the wrong forum is not a good way to get a speedy on topic response. As this has spiraled into the grand land of OT....
