1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc

This computer will be used for Hours and hours of gaming everything from racing fps and mmorpgs ( yea i play world of warcraft alot have 5 lvl 85s). I will also be doing alot of burning blu ray backups for my own collection and putting alot of home movies onto bluray disk or dvd for family members. Music recording and editing on some scale not shure how much yet and some photoshop and 3d modeling when im bored.

Only thing im keeping is my 2x32in lg monitors and my 42in samsung monitor all run 1920-1080 resolution. And my xfi fatality edition sound card + Bose companion speakers.

I would like to oc just the cpu to 4ghz

Dunno how you're geting that Vertex 2 120GB for $100. Mistype? Assuming that's a mis-type, ditch that SSD and go with the faster Crucial C300 SSD:
$265 - Crucial RealSSD C300 CTFDDAC0128MAG-1G1 2.5" 128GB SSD

You can get this equally fast hard drive for $10 less:
$70 - Samsung Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ 1TB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive

RAM wise, unless you really want fancy heatsinks, you can save about $12 by getting two of this set of RAM:
$78 - G.Skill Value Series F3-10600CL9D-8GBNT 2 x 4GB DDR3 1333 RAM

Ditch that power supply as it is overpriced for the amount of amperage it provides. Go with this slightly more expensive PSU instead:
$136 - Corsair 850TX 850W PSU

It has more power on the +12V rail than that CP-850 PSU which means that it'll better handle GTX 570 SLI.

Ditching that above Antec PSU lets us ditch the Antec 900 case as well: The Antec 900 case is a horribly cramped case for the price. There are roomier and equally if not better cooling cases out there for around that price range:
