Anyone ever order from them? I usually order from TigerDirect but they have a eVGA 8800GT 512 MB Superclocked for 272.00 shipped to me. I was just wondering if the are usually pretty fast on fulfilling orders and shipping, thanks in advance.

They have moved to my second favorite computer shop behind the egg. Never had a problem and spent a lot there. Used to be ZZF, but they take a week to ship and ClubIT always shipped quick.

I've also purchased stuff from ClubIT and they've delivered just as quickly as Newegg.

Haven't dealt with their customer service reps yet though.

ClubIT and Newegg are both 3 miles from my house and I've ordered from both of them at the same time: ClubIT had mine at my door the next day, Newegg took a day to ship so i didnt get it for 2 days. And this was ordering at 5:50 PM!

Same here, you live Rowland Heights, Walnut, City of Industry?

I found that when ordering through NewEgg, the shipment usually goes to a processing center in LA before it comes back to City of Industry for delivery.

I have spent a little over a grand in the past several months there - without issue.

I also won one of their monthly prizes....

Always had very fast shipping and great to speak with over the phone. I called one afternoon late and they were able to speed packing and shipping to get me to item by Friday of that week.

Honestly, I'd order from ClubIT before I'd order from Newegg and I used to harp about Newegg like they were the best thing since sliced bread. There are a few reasons. #1, Newegg just doesn't have the best prices anymore. They used to, but not anymore. #2, I live in Jersey and now that Newegg has a warehouse here, I have to pay tax on my orders. On small orders, this isn't a big deal and if I have to get it fast, I can pretty much get it from Newegg in about a day via FedEx ground. However, I just spent over $1,100 at ClubIT whose prices turned out to be almost $150 cheaper after all was said and done. I ordered my stuff on a Saturday and I received it on Thursday. CA to NJ in 4 business days. Not bad. I did have to RMA my brand new Thermaltake Toughpower PSU to ClubIT though because it failed on me 20 minutes into its virgin life, so we'll see how this process goes. I expect it to go smoothly.

Well I have never ordered from Newegg I have ordered from TigerDirect a lot. I gave ClubIt a try this time because of the price and TD's shipping charge on the same item even though they are closer was twice as much. I saved about 13 bucks with CluIt. 13 bucks is 13 bucks.

True. TD has always had overpriced shipping. It's like they're wrapping your shit in gold leaf or something. :p

This forum is for discussing video cards, not general vendor fulfillment questions.
