I will be reusing 500gb Harddrive, OS, DVDRW, and 19" LCD Monitor with this. Not really looking to overclock it. This is the best I could come up with by staring at the wonderful egg for about an hour. Keeping it below 500, the cheaper the better :D

The build, as a whole looks fine. The instant savings that you receive on those bundle deals makes "optimizing" it for less than what you've already done very difficult.

Some people would tell you to go with a "better" motherboard, like the Gigabyte GA-EP43-DS3L or the MSI P43 Neo3-F. But if you're not planning on overclocking anything, the Biostar TP43D2A7 should be good enough for your needs. (I haven't found many reviews on it, so I can't vouch for or against it.)

The one "flaw," if you could even call it that, is with the Antec Three Hundred case. However, two of the three places that have it for less (specifically, Amazon and Buy.com) are out of stock at the moment. Compare the total NewEgg costs of the 300, including shipping, with the total costs from Provantage (which has it for much less, before shipping, than NewEgg) and stick with the cheaper place.
 
The 300 now has free shipping, FWIW. I don't know how that compares to the other sites.
 
Overall it looks fine to me. With the combo savings and instant rebates, I really don't see anything to optimize. The only thing you may be able to optimize is the video card, but the 8800 GT is still a solid choice for a budget system.

Also, I likes that case :D
