I do lots of video encoding and as you can see even my lowly budget 3800X2 beats the mighty FX57 by a confortable margin

At least he didnt say that it 'felt' better

My 165 at 2.6ghz Aquamarks the same as my Opteron 144 at 3015MHz.

That's the kind of statistic I like to see, especially with MY 165 running at 2.6Ghz.

I must say that I just FEEL better having read this thread.

Cpt Insano is a good guy...cut him some slack. He's helped me out on more than one occasion .
