Where do you go to find out how many people are playing a particular game online currently?

Gamespy used to have a page for that but I can't find it for the life of me anymore.

Steam has something like that, but it only counts people playing through their service.

http://steamgraph.burstpixel.net/index.php is good for steam histographs. RO2 is quite a sad case.
