Ok I installed a new Asus Am3+ motherboard but I had problems with windows after the reinsall of it first I was hooked up with someone in Redmond a girl I had to repeat that long code for activation she couldn't hear me very well so I had to associate the letters. I think she said I want to Marry this guy or something after that anyway. I was hooked up with Tech support and I had a guy from India put like a Trojan on my PC (not a Trojan but he had control of my mouse and keyboard. (This is just for activation now) He put in some activation code asked me about the weather now I should be good to go.

If I didn't call within the warranty though in 6 months since I bought it it would of cost me 90.00 for tech support!!!

Microsoft needs to stop this my gawd !!

Well I'm kinda happy now but this was one bad trip

If your activation code doesn't work you can phone Microsoft but that is about all you can do.

Windows Remote Assistance isn't a trojan. Getting Microsoft to do that during Windows Activation is such an impressive feat that you should be humble about it and not mention it to anyone else.

I doubt she said "marry". Probably "mangle".

Ha you guys are Jealous =) It was a Trojan to me I never had that happen since the 90s

OP sounds pissed that microsoft dealt with the issue and he now has no problem and nothing to bitch about......

Trojan: a seemingly useful program that hides a malicious payload (virus, worm, keylogger, etc) that is set loose without the users permission or knowledge.

Remote Assistance: a feature of every version of Windows since XP that allows the user of a remote computer to control the desktop of another user with their permission...

There is clearly some serious confusion going on this thread. I believe it started around the post #1 area and quickly plopped down the wall like a flung turd.

would have, would've, would have, would've

Aren't you ashamed foreigners have to correct your usage of your own language?

lol.

That's 1 of ~20 grammatical "fails" in the original post, but you shouldn't feel obligated to correct anything.

I'm very confused, although I've had no issues with calling MS for an activation code before. Back in the XP days I had to do it 6-7 times thanks to having to re-format so often.

"ebola! ebola!" but the movie is in chinese so the guy says "ebolai! ebolai!"! its crazy hilarious!!

So I got this pimple on my sack, I grab it occassionally and
squeeze it to see if it will rupture.

I named it Op's Worst Post in the hopes that eventually it'll die

I used to have Redmond zeroed in with my howitzer, but the GF wouldn't let me pull the string
