Where do you guys store your off site backup hardrives? And in what temperature/humidity and in any particular storage device or container?

I'm storing a few hardrives in a fireproof vault in a room that is roughly 70 deg C, in the styrofoam hardrive containers Newegg sends out (with OEM drives).

I store my offsite hard drives in ESD bags in the safe deposit box at the bank.

My home backups are stored at my desk at the office in no particular arrangement. I'm using plain jane eSATA encloses and full disk encryption. Currently have a stack of four that I rotate.

I store my off-site backups on a server with 8x1.5 TB drives (raid6) in a data center (colo).

Any recommendations where to buy about 10 or so of the ESD bags?

I just use the ESD bags that the hard drives originally shipped in. I've seen people selling quantities of them for cheap on ebay though, so check that out.
