Odd overclocking bottleneck, where?

Basic Outline:

Abit AV8
AMD 64 3500+ (winchester core)
1Gig PC3200 Corsair
BFG 6800 GT OC
Audigy2 NX USB

Fixed 33/66mhz PCI/AGP
When I run at 220FSB all seems to be stable at first.
Prime95 runs for hours on end and Mem test it fine.

I run fine at around 2.420Ghz or thereabout. The problem happens as soon as I go to play Counter-strike source. I crash the second the first ingame graphics load on a level. It's a hard, kill your system crash everytime. I reboot and am back to Prime95 and the memory test...both run without fault. The memory is running well within spec and nothing seems weird.

I dropped the Multiplier down to 5 and run at around 1ghz to ensure that it's not a CPU heat issue. Running at that speed with about a 220 fsb and I crash out IMMEDIATLY in Counter-Strike source again. What could be affecting me if my PCI/AGP are locked and it's clearly should not be a CPU heat issue?

it seems to me something in my system doesnt like the higher FSB speed? What on earth could it be? Shouldnt everything else be locked into spec at this point? I am overclocking my vid card to 410/1100 core/mem. I don't imagine that is the problem though as AGP is locked and it runs 100% stable at those speeds with the stock CPU speeds.

I ran a memory test for about an hour, the name of the program escapes me at the moment. No errors detected. The other thing to note is that I'm running the memory below the rated 200Mhz it can reach. It's being run at 333 and then overclocked with the bus to somewhere between 175-185. I don't have the numbers available as i'm not at my home computer. So in theory the memory should not be a problem right?

I also pulled out one stick to hopefully further increase stability and tried testing on a single 512MB stick.

figured it out, there were a few odd bios settings that made things unstable.
