Like Kirbyrj said- something is up with cpu-z. It's not showing any of your system specifics. Just the generic info.
That version should technically support your CPU. You may try running it as admin or running the 64 bit version. I assume the x32 next to your version number means you are running the 32 bit client for some reason.
Got updated cpu-z all is fine now...didn't notice how old that one was. Bet I went into bios settings 50 times trying to get it back where it was before
