I have the 32GB version of that memory. I don't think it will run at 3600Mhz with a Zen+ based 2700x. That being said, it should work fine with a Zen 2 (3000 series) CPU.

I would think that if you drop the memory to 3200Mhz and then tighten the timings to Cas 16, it should work fine.
