Hi everyone,
Weeks before, I search on this site and other, And decided to build SFF
My Build right now:
ZOTAC H55ITX-C-E LGA 1156 Intel H55 motherboard
Apex MI-100 Case
Intel Core i3-540 CPU
Radeon HD 5570 1GB ((I go with SAPPHIRE 100293L for Low Profile))
G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) RAM
Kingston SSDNow V Series 64 GB for OS

What you think about zotack mobo?((support USB 3.0))I think it's best mobo right now Am I right??
Apex case I already order this case, So I can't change it.
Video Card, any advise? I like this one because it's low profile.

I will use it for watching HD and surf the internet ((mini HTPC))
maybe I will play some games
Hopefully I get any advise

I prefer the Gigabyte board. Zotac has more features, Gigabyte is a more trusthworthy brand.

The MI-100 might be an issue, I build one with an i3 530 and temps are pretty high with a gt220, maybe yours is the newer variant with vents on both sides? Mine only has vents on the right side

If you don't care about gaming you could forget about the extra graphics card, for an HTPC clarkdale graphics are enough.

MI-100 have vents on both sides, I check the photo on amazon and I will contact with seller just to be sure
you prefer GIGABYTE on ZOTACK just for trustworthy brand?
That mean ZOTACK = good products But it is not famous as a GIGABYTE.
Hmmmm.... I think I will go with zotack because I live an other side of earth and it's doesn't matter this brand is trustworthy or not for me.
Honestly, I don't care about gaming ((I have x360 and ps3)) I chose to put graphics card for Future, maybe I play some game.
your case is very nice, maybe I build new one with this case.

I would go Gigabyte since it's also the better quality as well. Zotac mobos are of decent quality but not as good as many Gigabyte mobos. So it's not just a matter of trust but a matter of quality as well.

Considering the low quality of the included PSU, I would not add that video card for fear that it might push the PSU its limits.

Right Now I'm confused... Zotack or GIGABYTE?
Do you think if I go with GIGABYTE GA-H55N-USB3 it will be good and enough for 2 or 3 years?
I think to change PSU with something good.
Also GPU load is 77W (low profile)

If it was me, Gigabyte hands down. Higher chance of lasting 2-3 years than the Zotac.

The included PSU with that Apex is an Allied made 250W SFX PSU. Since it's Allied made, I'm more than willing to bet that the included PSU cannot provide 250W of power. Allied is well known for selecting shitty PSUs. Case in point:

Hence why I recommend dropping the GPU since a lower PSU load means a higher chance of that PSU not killing the PC.

Unfortunately, upgrading the PSU is gonna be difficult since that Apex case does not use the standard ATX PSU. It uses the less common SFX form factor. However at least there's good SFX PSUs available:
$45 - Seasonic SS-350SFE 350W SFX12V PSU.
$80 - Silverstone ST45SF 450W SFX12V PSU
