I just ran nvidia nTUNE and it overclocked my AGP Bus to 83mhz......is this good/safe/stable?

If the 67-83mhz overclock was the ONLY thing changed between the two runs then its a valid point. However if Ntune changed anything else as well that he did not mention, some more tests are in order.

well it got me 800 more points (7001 or 7807) in 3dmark03.....

Change it back to 66hz manually and I'm willing to bet that your score will stay around 7807

It sounds like the AGP/PCI lock isn't working in Bios for some reason. I had a similar problem with my Neo4 when I upped the HTT. My PCI bus was running 44mhz or something wacky. I had to lock it in Bios and then I continued OCing in Windows with ClockGen.
