Noob question : Can I connect 3 monitors to this video card (PNY GeForce 210)?

You can connect 3 physcially but it would only output to two. Only a few nvidia based cards do 3 or more outputs.
 
Thanks for the prompt response. Any suggestion on a cheap one that does? I don't game on this machine. I mainly use the monitors for general stuff (browse, movies, music etc.)
Motherboard only has a single PCI-e slot.
 
I would look a radeon card based 5000/6000 series that support eyefinity. Radeon cards that support eyefinity will output to atleast 3 displays.
 

Yes that card will work if A) one of your monitors has DisplayPort or B) you have a working DisplayPort to DVI or HDMI or VGA adapter. In other words, no matter what, one of the video outputs has to come from that DisplayPort. The other two outputs can be any combination of HDMI, DVI, or even VGA.
