noob overclocking help needed

Hello, I am new to over clocking and wanted to over clock my Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 Kentsfield B3 over clock on gigabyte GA-P35C-DS3R Motherboard. I have 4 1 gig sticks of ati crossfire certified PC 2 800 ram by ocz with CAS 4-4-4-15. a thermalright ultima 90 heat sink with a scythe 120 fan. Antec case and 1000 watt Antec PSU. 4 120 fans and a 200 blowhole fan. Ageia physx card, Bigfoot killer nic. I want to bump up my settings just a little to get better performance for games like COD4 MW. and Crysis. My video card is a DIAMOND 2900XT1GPE Radeon HD 2900XT 1GB 512-bit GDDR4 PCI Express x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card with Core clock 825MHz and Memory Clock 2100MHz effective.

First, remove 2 sticks of memory, we will get back to that later.

your MIT sub menu in the bios should be almost exactly like this, check you manual for an understanding of any items not listed or post back, The following settings will be a good first step. 3.2GHz CPU speed, memory exactly on spec. Try this, if ok, check your temps, run orthos for an hour, play your games and let me know if you want more. If it does not work you may have to clear the cmos with the jumper. Double check you have everything set as per below correctly. The voltages are not agressive, might need a bit more but starting out conservative. Also look up your exact memory sticks or provide me a link or post in the memory forum and find out their "standard voltage" and the "highest recommended overclocking voltage still covered under warranty".
