I'm pretty experienced when it comes to cooling in general, but I've never built an htpc or anything smaller than a mid tower before so I'm a little lost in the world of low profile cpu coolers. So here's the deal: I have a smaller case that I'm trying to build a lightweight lan party pc in. Normally I would go with a larger cooler like a Zalman 9700 or Venomous, but I know better than to put something that heavy into a case that's going to be bounced around in the back of my car and totted to and fro. I'm strongly considering the Scythe Shuriken Rev B since the Phenom II x4 -not overclocked- I'm using is only a 95w. Will this be adequate? Or should I look into something else? Also, the case is very well ventilated. Suggestions are always welcome!

Should be quite adequate, particularly if it is undervolted at least. Good ventilation and you'll have nothing to worry about.

IF you can shoehorn it in there (or mod the back so the rad is on the outside) this would be where something like the Corsair H50 would really be the cats meow.

I thought about that since it's pretty light overall and could easily cool a mild overclock if I needed it too, but the case is tight (got a hades for next to nothing, took off the front door, superlight) and the radiator setup might obscure my psu power input... Thanks for the suggestions though, especially the link.
On a side note, has anyone else with a nzxt hades I/O panel area is tight? On my 790fx-gd70 the panel actually bows in a smidge and I had to fight a bit to get the board secure.
