However it's a bit moot anyway since that's an AMD card. Since you're not gaming, it's pretty much a waste of money. Even then, due to your Adobe software usage, you should be looking at Nvidia cards anyway since some Adobe apps do take advantage of Nvidia's CUDA features.[

One more on the PSU. Which of these three would you recommend? I'm considering the XFX over ECO 520C since it's $9 more for more power and modular cables. But I don't know much about the internals.

is that because many people have had issues with rebates? i've actually never had any issues with rebates as I'm very careful and make copies (knocks on wood)

but with or w/o the rebates, I still have a $15 off coupon for NE so it should still be cheaper. Just wanted to validate that the XFX is just as good or better than the Antec ECOs.

Pretty much. Since the rebate experience is so varied, I don't ever factor in rebates.

Yes, the XFX is better than the Antec Ecos. Do note that the XFX and Antec Neo Ecos are made by the same manufacturer: Seasonic. So you're gonna get good quality with either PSU

Just to close the loop on this thread, I added a Corsair H60 for $46 and re-used my old Lian-Li PC-V600 case, bring the total price for this build to $806.

The 2600K was overclocked to 4.7ghz stable. But I backed it down to 4.5ghz for better temps.
