However, one thing that did dramatically lower the noise from the PC was drilling out 2 holes in the back where the exhaust fans are. It now allows the air to escape with no resistance and no noise.

Of course most people can't hear it, but audiophiles who can hear different frequencies will easily be able to hear it. Sucks that I have highly tuned ears, otherwise it'd be perfect.
