noise ninja vs. neat image

Anyone used the most recent versions of these programs and compared the two? If so, which one produces better image quality? I've seen an older review that compared Neat Image 2.x against Noise Ninja something, but Neat Image is up to 4.x already...

I've never used Noise Ninja, but I've tried the demo of Neat Image 3.0 and it is really good at getting rid of noise from images. I can only imagine the newer versions are better. Neat Image has a trial version that lets you do a lot of stuff but will not let you save to any format and will not let you do batch jobs and stuff like that. But you should try it, it has worked well for me.
