building a new system, have never watercooled but this

falls under a budget that is very appealing.. but then since i know nothing about this i was wondering what you experts thought.. Thanks!
 
Budget and watercooling don't generly come hand in hand. Good air cooling would almost certainly outperform that, and be much safer and quieter also, let alone much cheaper.

You would be better off to spend more money on a DIY setup than to get a cheap kit.

and that is exactly what i was expecting to hear, but i have to say though that i don't see how this simple cheap system would be louder and not cool as well as air.. i didn't have a chance to find any reviews but i will and post them here.. can't atm
 
Well, it's highly restrictive, for starters. Not a lot of ventilation for the front unit. Will not move the heat terribly fast, which a cpu needs. Probably great for cooling mosfets or hdd's though :D

Personally, I'd go with good air.

On the flip side, the Corsair Nautilus is pretty well reviewed, and not much more than the Titan. I wouldn't go lower than the corsair for beginner WC'ing.
