• Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.

It's just ridiculous to me how so many of the news blurbs have typos, missing words, broken quotations, etc. I'm sure Steve and Rich are somewhat aware, and sometimes they make an edit soon after posting, but what's worse is that they're copying and pasting what they type for the [H]|OCP front page, or vice versa.

We cannot edit our posts in the News sections because we need to strive to get our posts right the first time. Why is this hope not carrying over into the news posts themselves?

I know I'm not alone in my observations. It would take only a minute to hit Preview and proofread.

Don't see why it wouldn't be an [H] issue. If you treat this like a popular magazine, would you want typos on the cover? It's bad enough to have them in the comment threads, but to have them on the front page? I'd be upset. Few things kill credibility more than typos, missing words, etc.

Every time a thread is made here about the front page, the person is told to contact Kyle, and this this place is for forum-specific problems.

Thanks for your feedback. If you would please send me specifics when you see them, it would be much appreciated. kyle@hardocp.com

And no, we don't use the public hardforum to discuss HardOCP issues.
