I have never had to return something to them, they have always been great, however, i noticed i ordered the wrong motherboard (my fault) some how i managed to get a m-atx DFI (ati chipset) board when i ment to get the low end dfi crossfire board (there's only a 10 or 20 $ difference) regardless, the parts have shipped and should be here tomarrow, i dont plan on opening the mobo, becuase it is the wrong one, will newegg give me a full refund??? or wil i end up paying a restock fee even thought its going to be an exchange (+upgrade) i dont see anything in there return policy about shuch an instance... also, i expect im out the shipping... which is going to end up costing me 60$ ( i hate liveing in hawaii.... ) (or is there some way they will work with me on that as well???)
or should i give them a call and see what we can work out? i really cant afford the 60$ right now, but seeing as how this isnt my pc i half to make right the guy im building it for is expecting a certain motherboard, honestly he wouldnt know the difference unless i told him... but i would rather him come back to me for more builds...
what have your exoperiences been???
