It's because Microcenter makes zero money at that price. It however, does entice the purchaser to get more stuff while at the store since you're there and can get it right away (as oppose to waiting for it to come in the mail).

In addition to what SolidBladez said, you can only get that deal if you buy it in-store. And that's not an option for a majority of people. Therefore, Newegg doesn't really need to compete with that price.
