I think I've found a protein that's even worse than the Lambda melts. I have a Pentium-M 2.0 GHz crunching on a p2913 RNA K TURN, and it's producing a very lousy 59ppd. Has anyone else been cursed with one of these?

I haven't seen it yet, but with my luck all my P3 boxes will grab them, they caught those poor-PPD melts like the plague :(

I bet I've got a worse one. I think it's a 3038 "villin". Had one on my P4 2.8 at work and twice in a row it crashed at 85%. That's a lousy point protein.

I stopped it, cleaned out the work folder and deleted the core. Hopefully I don't have any more problems.

Yep, that 3038_Villin is putting out some 80-100ppd on my 1.66 C2D laptop.

Agreed - those villins are totally raping any chance of me getting even one raffle ticket - my PPD is under 100 on two of my boxes that keep pulling them down.

great like my averages can get any worse :(
