New to SSDs (question)

That thing's really outdated... Windows 7/8 actually disables a bunch of that stuff on it's own (defrag, cache stuff, indexing) and some of it is done merely because it's pointless to do it on a SSD (as opposed to a HDD), some's done for drive health (defrag). I wouldn't mess with System Restore (unless you need the space) or the page file (an SSD is actually ideally suited for it).

You can disable hibernate if you're hurting for space, since it creates a file as large as the amount of RAM you've got in order to suspend everything you've got open during hibernation... But you've only got 4GB of RAM so it's not too big a deal.

Just make sure you're in AHCI mode and maybe double check TRIM is working, through it'd rare for it not to be enabled for a SSD. Generally speaking, a clean install in AHCI mode will pretty much set everything right.
