780G > 760G, but you're using an HD4890, so the chipset comparison is moot.
 
Hmmm. Well chipset aside I've heard good things about the ASrock board and Asus has shitty customer service.

Asrock ~= Asus when it comes to CS AFAIK.

Quality wise, at the very least, those two mobos are equal to one another
