New Set-up, Need Advice

This is going to be my first watercooling set-up and i wanted some advice on what i'm looking at so far.

CPU Waterblock-Swiftech MCW6002
Radiator-BIP/BIX II- Is there a large performance difference?
Pump-MCP650/50Z- The 50Z adds less heat to the water, but if i get a gpu block later will it be to weak?
Fans- 2x FM121- Are these ok or do i need something more powerful?
Tubing- 7/16" Masterkleer

That swiftech block works equally well with low or high flow systems. I'd choose the bip, as it's cheaper and less restrictive than the bix. And go for the bigger pump (d5, mcp655), being the 2nd most expensive part of the loop...no need to worry later on when you want to add more blocks.
 
The 50Z and the 655 have very similar flow characteristics. The advantage of the 655 is slight when it comes to performance, but it also has a potentiometer for adjusting the performance/noise to your liking.
 
i think you should be ok with the pump, but yeah go for the Black Ice Pro II instead of the BIX II. also, id go for 7/16" tygon.

The potentiometer is pretty pointless on this pump. It's near silent no matter what setting its on. Even on the highest setting, this pump isn't going to be audible over a case fan. Unless its for a fanless, totally quite system... just leave it on 5.
