New PSU - Asus antisurge problems

I swapped my old PSU for brand new XFX Black XTR 650, and it seems like my motherboard hates that PSU. From time to time, usually while playing games, my PC shuts down and I get the message at reboot: "PSU power surge detected, ASUS has shut down PC to pretect it" - it's not in regular intervals, I can go few days without that thing, but then it appears.

I checked with multimeter and it looks like all the voltages are stable... so I'm at loss. Is this a PSU, or is this Asus antisurge playing crazy games? ALso I'd like to mention that this board seems to be problematic, because my ethernet chip died on it, and few days ago WiFi module also died, so I'd not entirely blame PSU.

What to do now? Ignore it, or be afraid? :)

I've always turned ASUS antisurge off. It never seems to be working correctly.

Agreed. My P8Z68-V Pro/Gen3 used to do this with my AX860i. I turned off Anti Surge... I know better than the board does how well that PSU performs.
