Since I had to sell all my hardware a few months ago, I need a new complete system. Looking to purchase within a month or so.

I already have 2 HDs, CD/DVD and Soundcard, Monitor, Mouse, keyboard.

I will be PC gaming exclusively. BF3, Diablo 3, and SWTOR.

I will also be overclocking everything! Well this is [H]ard right?

Since I have a Microcenter near me, I'll buy the 2600k their for $45 cheaper.

Unless you are planning crossfire, you don't really need a 850W power supply - you can easily get by with a 750 instead. Also, unless you really like the Evga board for some reason (aesthetics, configuration) you could get a cheaper MSI or Asus Z68 board that would have the same performance - or you can pick up an in-store bundle at Microcenter and save even more.
 
Unless you're planning on doing a lot of video, 3D, or audio editing/rendering that wasn't mentioned in your OP, go with the Core i5 2500K. Yes, even with the MC discount. The gaming performance between the two CPUs are virtually the same.

As Forceman noted, that eVGA mobos is fairly overpriced. Unless the eVGA's has some feature that you absolutely must have or its aesthetics are soo good to you to the point that the extra $80 to $100 is worthwhile to you, don't bother with that eVGA.

Considering that you live near a Microcenter, you can kill two birds with one stone. Right now Microcenter has the Core i5 2500K + Asus P8Z68-V Pro Intel Z68 ATX motherboard for $350. That Asus mobo is a fairly solid motherboard.

Case wise, at $220 shipped, that HAF X Blue Edition case is not worth it IMO considering that there are higher quality cases out there at the same or lower price ranges:

I'm definitely set on the 2600k. As I will be overclocking the shit out of it. That's why I picked the Corsair h80 cooler.

I really like the EVGA boards. I've had them in my last three builds. I like the features of them, and some reviews have been good. EVGA has outstanding support and customer service, and lifetime warranty. I keep hearing about issues with Asus poor customer support.

I'll keep shopping for cases. I had the HAF-932 in my last system.

Ok, what exactly does that eVGA mobo have that justifies for you its $80 additional price over the Asus mobo that I recommended?
