New pc build won't post, restarts. Please help

I've build a pc with a friend, all the parts are in the link above/ below. We have the pc put together (guess we should have tested on the bench before putting it in the case) and now it starts up (we can hear the hdd for a sec then the cpu fan starts up, acts like it going to post, then stops, and repeats after a couple of seconds. We reseated the ram / video card, checked the connections, and same thing.

Did you run memtest on the RAM? If not you might want to but, either way, I guess the first thing I would do is try one stick of RAM and ensure you have it in the proper slot per the mobo manual.

Follow the steps in the stickied "Basic Troubleshooting Guide" on what to do when the PC does not post. Report back when you're done with those steps.
