You need to add an aftermarket HSF, the stock one is a joke. The hyper 212+ is good if you can find it under 30.

I'd go with the M4 ssd. Everything I've read is better quality and performance from that drive.

Look at the combo deals from Newegg and you can probably find that mobo and processor combo for 20 off or so.

Also might look at a better PSU such as a seasonic or corsair unit.

GPU/RAM combo for $15 off, CPU/Mobo combo for $20 off. Can't add combos to wishlists.

That PSU is a rebranded Seasonic S12II for $25 less.
 
Ditch that Antec 100 case and go with this better cooling and roomier case instead:
$65 - Lian Li Lancool PC-K58W ATX Case

Since you're planning on overclocking as well as using the HD 6870, you're gonna need a larger PSU. So get this PSU:
$70 - Antec NEO ECO 620C 620W PSU

You will need a 3rd party HSF if you want to OC:
$30 - Xigmatek Gaia SD1283 120mm HSF
$33 - Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus HSF for LGA 1366 and LGA 1156

Unfortunately you're gonna have to drop the SSD altogether if you want to actually hit that $800 budget OR raise your budget by another $100 if you want an SSD. And yes, that Agility 3 is a poor choice.
