OK, so I'm going to water cool my system, but the question is, do I want to upgrade my system first AND water cool, or water cool what I have?
The only things I'm looking at upgrading are the motherboard, CPU, RAM, and video cards.
What I currently have are the following:
FTW3 x58 mobo, i7 920, 12GB OCZ and 2 x 460GTX Talons
I was looking at the z68 (not sure which mobo) with an i7 2600K and 2 570's.
If you could upgrade today and get either two cards or CPU/Mobo/RAM, which one would you do, or would you just hold off all together until the next Gen cards and Ivy Bridge is released?
Regardless, I'm water cooling at least my CPU, if I got 570's I would do water blocks on them. If I kept the 460's, I would probably leave them out of the loop (even though the noise sucks when I "mic" my amp or acoustic).
My PSU is a Cosiar AX850 and I have a 240GB Vertex 3. So I'm good in that department.
