As a heads up everyone, there is now a guides section for any guides related to folding or do projects in general. I got what I think are most of them, if I missed any please send me a pm with links to them , was on a road trip the last two days so was unable to search much at all.

Also if you want a new guide added shoot me a pm and we will get it out in there.

I was looking at the sr-2 optimization thread, then realized I don't have one:(

Let's keep that subforum clean and maintained. If you own a guide there, keep it updated as much as possible. If you have a request for a new guide, post it in the main forum.

Totally agree. If old guides are moved, that is fine for the history of the subject, but having a current current thread with the latest/greatest info/versions/whatever would be invaluable.

Personally I hate trying to debug things with tear learning that I am a level or two down on versions of software. It would be very nice to hit "my" threads of interest each week to check for new versions. Too many different threads and specific posts that announce new releases. For Gods sake, this there a CM in the house :D

Nice to have those guides all in one easy to locate area.
I bookmarked them in the past so I didnt have to search for them. much better the new way.:)

One thing I'll be working on making over the next week is a comprehensive list of the guides in there, and making it a sticky within the sub forum so that it is even easier to find within there.

Please include setting up a passkey for both the truly new, and the truly old!

Being a complete retard I also miss a guide on how to set TPC settings in rc.local :p Perhaps a good thing to put under "Misc Tweaks and Add-ons" in the ubuntu general setup thread.
