Been out of the PC Gaming loop for a long while so here it goes:

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
Gaming
2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
2000ish
3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible.
Atlanta, Ga
4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.
CPU:I7 4770K
MB: ASUS MAXIMUS VI GENE
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
GPU: EVGA Titan
PS: EVGA SuperNOVA NEX750B BRONZE
HD: SAMSUNG 840 Pro Series MZ-7PD256BW 2.5" 256GB SATA III SSH
Generic 1TB Storage Drive
CPU Cooler: Corsair H80i
Case: SilverStone Fortress Series FT03B Black Aluminum / Steel MicroATX Mini Tower

5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.
BlueRayer Burner configured with USB3.0 Enclosure
6) Will you be overclocking?
Possibly
7) What is the max resolution of your monitor? What size is it?
1440p
8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
In the next 2 weeks.
9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video (as a backup or main GPU)? UEFI? etc.
SLI Support, USB3.0 Sata6GBS etc
10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?
Win7 64bit(unless someone thinks win8 is worth it)

I haven't built anything since 08/09 According to Newegg, and its time to upgrade after looking at E3. Trying to build something small so I can tote it around to lanparties when needed.

3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible.
Atlanta, Ga
How far are you from these Microcenter locations?:

PS: EVGA SuperNOVA NEX750B BRONZE
Overpriced IMO. I recommend the Seasonic X650 instead.

6) Will you be overclocking?
Possibly
Not a solid enough answer: Yes or no: Will you be overclocking? This will determine what parts we recommend as the parts we recommend for an overclocking build is going to be different from a non-overclocking build.

We'll say Yes to overlocking then.

And I was planning on driving over to Microcenter tomorrow to pick up the CPU.

Since you've only listed "Gaming" as the answer to question 1, there's really no point for you to get the Core i7 4770K when the cheaper Core i5 4670K will provide you with roughly the same gaming performance. So grab the Core i5 4670K instead. As for your motherboard choice, normally I wouldn't recommend such a pricey mATX motherboard but since MC is still offering $40 off the cost of the motherboard if bought with a Core i5 4670K, it's a decent choice at the more reasonably price of $170.

And just to be clear: You do know the GTX Titan is $1000+ right?

Oh and PSU wise, I also recommend taking a look at the Corsair HX750 as well:
$125 - Corsair HX750 750W Modular PSU

As for the case, IMO, it's really overpriced for a mATX case. Especially considering that the larger and equal if not better quality Silverstone RV03 and TJ04 cases are around the same price. I recommend taking a look at these cases instead:
$75 - Silverstone PS07B mATX Case
$100 - Silverstone TJ08B-E mATX Case
$100 - Lian Li PC-A04B Black mATX Case

Yup. I know the Titan is 1k+.....not really a issue. Figure the build is gonna cost around 2200.....which really isn't "bad" or unreasonable for something that is going to last me awhile.

Between what I spend on my car tracking, or doing at shooting competitions.....thats cheap.

Oh and for the 1TB drive: I recommend sticking with Seagate or Western Digital.
