Hello.
I am going to replace my old computer with a new one, but this time I want to custom build it by myself, instead of buying a new PC.

Unfortunately, I am not that well updated with the current technology, but i did some googling before this post, so I have a general idea of what kind of a rig I want to build.
I just need some more advice with what I should buy, regarding brands and models.

So here we go:

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
Mainly hardcore gaming, web surfing, media content playback/encoding, heavy multitasking.

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
€2000, a bit more if it is needed.
Taxes are included, shipping costs are not.

3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible.
Athens, Greece

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.
Case, psu, cpu, gpu, ram, 1x ssd, 2x hdd, mainboard, sound card, water cooling unit, bluray reader.

5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.
None from the old rig.
I will only keep the keyboard, mouse, speakers and the monitor.

6) Will you be overclocking?
Yes but mildly.

7) What is the max resolution of your monitor? What size is it?
27" with max resolution 2560x1440, but i will upgrade to a 30" in the future.

8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
ASAP

9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video (as a backup or main GPU)? UEFI? etc.
SLI x2, UEFI, USB3,SATA 6Gb/s, 1Gb/s Ethernet
I dont care about onboard gpu/audio, Esata, Hdmi,CrossfireX,Raid,Firewire, modding, etc.

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If so, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?
Windows 8 Pro x64

Some more information:
This PC is a dream project, that's why I am investing such a big budget on it and I want to build it by myself. I want to last for at least 3-4 years, after that I will probably upgrade its core parts (cpu, gpu, ram, mainboard) and whatever else is needed. But for now, I want its parts to be of good quality and satisfy 4 demands of mine, regarding the PC:

1.Ergonomic. I want the PC to have enough room for all future upgrades (extra hdds and extra gpu) and the installation or replacement of new parts to happen flawlessly. I had nightmares with my old rigs, whenever I needed to renew the thermal paste or add a new HDD. I dont want to suffer this again.

2.Noiseless. I want the PC to be as quite as possible. That's why i prefer to spend more money on a good, quite case/psu/watercooler, than on a very expensive mainboard.
If I am not mistaken Watercooling is the best option for this thing.

3.Cool. I want the heat in the PC, to be as minimal as possible. Especially in the Greek summers, heat is very problematic for PCs with bad cooling. I know from past experience.
Again, if i am not mistaken Watercooling seems to be the solution for this problem.

4.Performance. Of course I need the PC to be as powerful as possible, otherwise I was not going to buy it in the first place. As I already said, expect my next major upgrade to happen after 3-4 years top.So I would like to be capable of playing all the modern and upcoming games, during this time period.

Now, I already mentioned that I did some digging and I have an idea about what parts I want to buy, but I dont know which models/brands are the best. So here is my list:

32GB RAM No idea what type and brand.

1xSSD 250GB Sata3 for the OS and the applications only.

2xHDDs 2TB Sata3 each .
The one disk will be used for the installed games. The other will be used for storage only.

Intel i7 Haswell 4770K

Asus z87 mainboard.
I dont know which one is the best choice from this list:

Nvidia 770GTX.
I dont know which brand is the best and if it is better to buy the card with 2GB RAM OR 4GB RAM. Here are the available models in the Greek market:
http://www.skroutz.gr/c/55/kartes-grafikwn-vga.html?from=catspan&keyphrase=nvidia+770+gtx

As for the sound card, I will buy the X-FI Titanium HD.

I am completely clueless about the watercooler, case and psu. The only thing I need is for the psu to be powerful enough to handle future upgrades (second gpu, extra hdds)

And this is it. I am really sorry for this long post, but as I already said, I am building my dream PC and I dont want to f.ck up with this. That's why I am so thorough in my post.
Thanks again for your patience reading this, if you have any questions I ll be happy to answer them.

For the case, you're going to want to go with the Silverstone FT02 as it's a very quiet case.

SSD wise, go for the Samsung 840 250GB.

Cooling wise, water-cooling can be quiet but not the liquid all-in-one coolers you see from Corsair or Antec. You'll be spending almost 3 times as much for the water cooling setup over those liquid AIO.

Ηello, people.
Thank you very much for your help and recommendations.
After some further research and thought, i ended up with the system setup, which costs around 2070e.

If you want, tell me what you think of it. I think I will go with it.
