New Gaming PC need help finalizing

A buddy of mine wants help building a comp for gaming so i came up with a prelim build and wanted some advice.

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc

PC Gaming. Starcraft II, LoL, Diablo III, Some FPS (He want to keep himself open)

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?

$745 including tax and shipping. He can't go any higher than this

3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible.

US, CO, Fort Collins

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.

He needs a CPU, mobo, case, PSU, GPU, DVD drive, RAM

5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.

He has a Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB HDD

6) Will you be overclocking?

Maybe a couple years down the line

7) What size monitor do you have and/or plan to have?

Acer 23" 1920x1080

8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?

In the next week

9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video? etc.

Alternatively, I recommend waiting a day until the September combo deals roll out so you can save some money with a combo 2500K.

Wrong mobo to use with that CPU if you're planning on overclocking. The H67 chipset does not allow for overclocking. So if you want to stick with that mobo and don't ever plan on overclocking, drop the 2500K down to the Core i5 2400.

GPU wise, that GTX 560 Ti isn't that great of a deal IMO since the faster HD 6950 1GB is only $7 more when you factor in shipping. In addition, there's a combo deal with the HD 6950 1GB where you can get the latest Deux Ex game for free:
$250 - XFX HD-695X-ZNDC Radeon HD 6950 1GB PCI-E Video Card + Deux Ex: Human Revolution

Not bad for $7 more: higher performance and a new game.
 
The 560ti we found has a mail in rebate making it $205. As far as a mobo goes what would you recommend as far as a low cost overclocking board? Also will there be much difference between a 2400 and 2500k w/o ocing?

Check the combo link I provided above. That should be a low-cost overclocking mobo. There's not much of a performance difference between the 2400 and 2500K without overclocking.
