Prozessor: Intel Core i5 3570K 4x 3.40GHz
Grafikkarte: MSI N680GTX Twin Frozr 4GD5/OC

Festplate: 128GB Samsung 830 + 500GB Western Digital Black
Netzteil: 580 Watt be quiet! Straight Power E9 CM Modular 80+ Gold
Gehäuse: Fractal Design Define XL Black Pearl

Thank you very much!

Please answer the stickied "ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS FIRST!" so that we can help you better.

Though off the bat, that RAM is a poor choice. Since you're not planning on overclocking, no reason for you to get that K series CPU. So the Core i5 3470 will fit your needs just fine.

Yes, Windows 7 64bit OEM

As for the motherboard, please answer question 9 again. I have no idea what you just said.
I mean that a motherboard for me must have all features to get good perfomance!
