1)What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? Etc
-Almost entirely gaming and web browsing.

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
-My budget is 1200$ with tax and shipping. This is not a 100% steadfast budget, so if I need to go a little higher to meet my goals I can do it.

3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible.
-I live in the United States, DFW metroplex.

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.

-ASAP, unless there's a specific reason not to like new chipsets or something.

-I don’t know what most of those mean, so I’m going to assume I don’t need them.

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?

I’ve checked one site out already and this is a parts list I’ve come up with. I’m not too up to date on computer hardware so I wanted to get a second opinion. Please let me know what you guys think

Are you telling us that you have no cash right now to build this system? If so, I personally recommend against using any sort of credit to build this.

Please revisit this thread when you have the cash to buy everything at once (at least a week or two before you plan on making your purchases).
 
I've got the cash, I'd just prefer to use newegg's no interest financing deal if I can. If there's no reason to wait until December and financing isn't an option, I'll probably still purchase the system. Mechwarrior Online is getting frustrating with my current setup. I'll edit the original post to reflect this.
 
I've had good experience with Antec in the past so that's why I went with it. I'm not a hardware expert though, so if there was a specific reason you'd recommend another case I'd appreciate the input.
 
Nothing wrong with your case choice.

I recommend this CPU and mobo combo:
$297 - Intel Core i5 3470 CPU + MSI Z77A-G43 ATX Motherboard Combo

Cheaper yet similar performing CPU and slightly better and cheaper mobo.

PSU wise, I recommend this cheaper but equal quality PSU:
$90 - SeaSonic M12II 620 Bronze 620W Modular PSU

RAM wise, I recommend this RAM:
$40 - Corsair Vengeance CML8GX3M2A1600C9 2 x 4GB DDR3 1600 RAM

You still have quite a bit of extra cash in your budget so I recommend upping the GPU to the GTX 660 TI:

Go to the Dallas Micro Center and grab the Intel Core i5-3570K and the Asus P8Z77-V LK from there. The i5-3570K is one of Micro Center's loss leaders and you receive a $50 instant discount when you buy any Z77 board alongside it. Micro Center also has good deals on optical drives and the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus, which I recommend for the above system (especially if you wish to overclock).

I went with the G.Skill Ares RAM and the Hitachi GST Deskstar HDD as cost-cutting measures. I didn't go with 16GB of RAM because you don't really need it for a gaming machine. That said, I have no problems with your choice of the Antec P280 and I agree with Danny Bui on the video card and PSU. But I do have one bone to pick with Danny's SSD choice: I prefer 256GB myself. (And if that's unavailable, go with this instead.)
