New gaming build help

Downloaded The Witcher 2 yesterday, only to find out that my current rig can only run it at min settings. Looks like I'm a bit overdue for an upgrade.

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc.

PSU (Corsair 620HX, roughly 2 years old), DVD burner, Monitor​

8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?

9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video? etc.

Would like to do a mini ITX build​

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?

Below is the machine I've spec'd out so far. It's been about 2 years though since I bought any real hardware, so I'm aware that it may not be ideal (which obviously why I'm posting for advice).

Case: PC-Q08
Mobo: ASUS P8H67-I DELUXE
CPU: i5-2400
RAM: G.SKILL NS 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666)
HDD: WD Caviar Black WD1001FALS 1TB
SSD: Crucial RealSSD C300 CTFDDAC128MAG-1G1 2.5" 128GB
GPU: EVGA 01G-P3-1561-AR GeForce GTX 560 Ti

Total Cost = $1,062 (prior to tax/S&H)

Ditch that WD 1TB Black drive as it's significantly slower than this significantly cheaper Samsung drive:
$65 - Samsung Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ 1TB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive

Also note that you chose the wrong RAM for that Asus mITX motherboard: You need DDR3 SO-DIMM RAM for that board. Basically laptop RAM. However, even if you went with a mITX mobo that supports regular DDR3 RAM or DDR3 SO-DIMM RAM, you should not be gettting a 2x2GB set of RAM at all since every mITX mobo only has two DIMM slots. As such, you should be looking at a single stick of 4GB of DDR3 1333 RAM or DDR3 1333 SO-DIMM RAM or 2x4GB set to maximize the amount of RAM you can have.

Speaking of the motherboard, please re-answer question 9 right since A) there are quite a few miTX LGA 1155 mobo out there and B) your answer doesn't narrow down the choices at all.

Thanks for the reply. Actually just noticed the RAM issue a minute ago. As for question 9, I don't really have a whole lot of other requirements for my Mobo. Optical audio out would be nice, and the more USB ports the better (though 3.0 isn't a big priority for me right now). Does that help narrow it down some?

Kind of. Sounds like you need all those features of that Asus mITX mobo. Sounds like you'll be fine with with those mobos:
