Well just built my first Intel processor rig ever! Built it with
Rampage IV formula motherboard
Intel Core i7-3820 processor
corsair vengeance 16GB (4x4gb) CMZ16GX3M4A1600C9 ram
an lg 14x Blue-ray burner
corsair hx750 power supply
corsair h100 hyrdro water cooler
Patriot Wildfire 120 GB ssd
Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB hd
MSI R6950 Twin Frozr III video card (going to switch to a saphire 6970 in my current computer later)
all in a corsair 600t case :)
so far loving it, might get a 2tb western digital hd or thinking of getting a Hitachi that's on-sale at fry's for $120 the wstern digital at the cheapest is $179.99. What do you guys think? Good gaming rig? Oh yeah once I am fully satisfied that nothing going to go wrong with it going to hook it up to the 3 asus 24" monitors I got.

I hope you're doing a lot more with that PC than just "gaming".

Yeah I use it for everything :) except video editing dont do much of that. Will be great once I get into the programming parts of of the classes I am taking,

Once I remember how to post pictures to HardOCP forums from my phone I will try and posts some pics up lol. Only thing I see is a place to enter the URL for a link to a image

You don't need to buy the best and most expensive parts to build a good computer.

That was Danny Bui's complaint from the start: He believed that the OP bought and built a computer that was overkill for gaming. (And you don't really need that much for programming. VMs, maybe.)

(Oh, and gaming on three monitors? Simultaneously? CrossFire, baby.)
