hey guys this computer for my bro is this a good computer for him he just surfs the inernet net and his wife plays a little bit of games nothing heavy really and a little face book games also.This will cost him about 658 for the computer

That's a bad choice for the money: The LGA 775 processors are now obsolete (as in there's nothing worthwhile for that socket at the prices that they are currently going for). Performance-wise, the E8400 is just too slow in most applications for a very high price (relative to most other dual-core CPUs) - in other words, a piss-poor performance-to-price ratio.

Secondly, the PSU is unknown other than the wattage (in fact, you're very likely to get a really shitty generic 650W PSU that can't even provide 300W under best-case conditions).

Third, the hard drive is also unknown: You could get a good one like the Samsung F3 or a molasses-slow older-design HDD.
 
what about this he only has like 900 budget and the monitor cost 160

If the build-to-order vendor does not carry any good PSUs or does not allow you to choose your preferred PSU without downgrading the choice of the GPU or jacking up the total system price above your budget, I would go somewhere else for the computer parts (or pre-builts) shopping.
 
Does he not already have keyboard, mouse, speakers, etc.?
 
By the way, ryu4000, what is the name of the vendor that you'll be ordering from?

Don't drop the video card that low. Go for the HD 5750 or GTS 450 to save some cash. Yes go with that OCZ PSU. It's gonna be significantly better than the stock PSU.

Other than the fact that the HD 5670 isn't too good of a gaming card, not too bad.
