New Computer (Please help - Suggest)

Finally i am buying a new computer.

Main tasks are: gaming, programming/code analysing, movies, image editing

I want a relaxing screen i work on my computer 8 hours a day

Monitor choices:

Does S-PVA worth the 500 euro more?

I want 2-3 years well performance and stability from my computer.

Will 1066mhz memory freq be okay to OC my cpu up to 3.6-3.7?

Please let me know your opinions

so, omg no. At that kind of price, I'd personally stick with the TN. Just make sure you will be able to return it if you don't like it, and that you throughly test it for action movies, dark suspense movies, some dark games like Doom3 and make sure it works well for you

Yup. In fact, you can theoretically get 4.0Ghz with that RAM:

Q9450:

8 × 400Mhz = 3.2Ghz, DDR2-800 <<== Easy OC

8 × 500Mhz = 4.0Ghz, DDR2-1000 <<== Excellent OC

Any reason why you went with that X48 motherboard? Like specific features that you like?

I went X48 as it's new chipset and because i think i will play "ok" for a longer period than X38, am i wrong?

More over i prfer getting a HD4XXX later than a second 9800gx2 and give away (900-1000 euro in total). In 2 years i'll just update card and get a directx 11 (hopefully) or something that belongs to the next generation.

Yes you are. In fact, the X48 won't last longer than the P35 chipset let alone the X38 chipset. Performance differences between the three chipsets are very very minimal.

If you plan on Crossfire in the future, thats fine. Otherwise, a P35 board would be more cost efficient, IMO.
